Sunday, John Richmond into his first bone of the week at Anchor Bay....

...John proudly displays his first ever bone, caught during his first full day on Eleuthera

A few minutes later BfG fed a Gotcha to this 3½lb bone.

Monday, Anthea hooks her first bone in a few inches of water at beautiful Ten Bay...

...and skilfully brings it to hand after a ten minute battle. Just to prove it wasn't a flook, Anthea caught another one less than an hour later!

Nev displays the effect of too little sunscreen. Impressive considering the sun was on his back for much of the day!

Tuesday, Nev hooks his first bone in Gregory Town Harbour!

Happiness is bone-shaped! Nev's 1st bone: 2½lb.

The "Glass Window" bridge - where The Atlantic meets The Caribbean - 15mph over this bridge (what's left of it!)

Tuesday, Alan's first bonefish, 4lb

John & Anthea with a "double-hook-up" in Gregory Town Harbour...

...both bonefish landed and released - John's was 1½lb & Anthea's 2½lb - how come the ladies always catch the biggest fish?

For those who are interested in statistics:

During the week we all caught bonefish, 31 in total: John S caught 6 to 3lb, Anthea caught 4 to 2½lb, Nev 6 including 3 of 3lb, John R & Alan had 2 each but sadly had to leave two days early due to an airline cock-up! BfG caught 11to 3½lb.

Congratulations to Alan who's first bonefish ever at 4lb was also the biggest fish of the week!
