3½" diameter aluminium trout reel with disc drag, quick release drum and reversable line guard. The clicker can be disengaged in seconds making the drag virtually silent if required. Ambidextrous design (currenty set up for left hand wind - can be reversed on request). Slight ding on rim of body, otherwise mint condition with 2 unused spare spools in original boxes. Complete with original makers' padded zippered plastic case (slightly torn but useable)

Early 3¹/8" diameter 1920s alloy CONTRACTED PERFECT DUPLICATED MK II with smooth brass foot, polished finish, ball bearings, rim-adjustable click check, black handle knob (possibly replaced) with smokey agate line guide. Right hand wind. Very good condition. Complete with modern (c1980s) Hardy's red/cream padded zippered plastic case. (Note: Hardys have recently reintroduced the 3¹/8" Perfect which currently retails at £950.00!)

4" diameter traditional alluminium salmon reel of superior quality throughout (probably made for Walker Bampton by Dingley, circa 1930) with strong fixed click check, ebonite handle knob with brass fittings, nickel silver line roller, aluminium foot (mounted with 4 steel screws) lightly filed at one end but full length (see photos) otherwise excellent condition, primarily for right hand wind but could be converted to LHW on request...
