S Allcock & Co Ltd un-named on reel but identified as “AERIALITE FLY” Model No.8929 (circa 1930s)

3" diameter Bakelite trout reel with fixed click check, xylonite handle knob and nickel plated fittings. Slightly bent foot, otherwise very good condition, collectable & useable. Primarily for right hand wind but could easily be tweaked for left hand use...

Very rare 3" diameter aluminium trout reel with smooth bronze foot, caliper click check, pillar drum with sprung telephone latch, bone handle knob and bronze fittings. A highly useable, decorative and collectable reel with lovely patina. No name or maker's marks but almost certainly from the Dingley stable (unless you know better, in which case I shall be grateful for your opinion). Mechanically perfect and in excellent condition throughout. Ambidextrous...

Rare 2⁷/8" diameter aluminium trout reel with ridged brass foot, Duplicated MkII check with nickel silver rim adjustment,  with sprung nickel silver telephone drum latch, ebonite handle knob, R.T. engraved on drum face, Wilf Sinton's initials stamped inside body. A highly collectable reel retaining much of its original lead finish. Mechanically perfect and in very good usable condition. Ambidextrous design but currently set up for right hand wind (easily converted on request)...

Very rare and unusual 3" diameter aluminium trout reel with smooth nickel silver foot, optional click check operated by nickel silver knob on rear, peculiarly shaped xylonite (crazed) handle knob mounted on 3-screw semi-circular nickel-silver mounting plate, drum flange exposed for extra control, rotating and sliding brown agate line guide (no damage) in nickel silver mount. A delightful reel retaining much of its original lead finish. Very good usable condition (traditional right hand wind only)...

4" diameter traditional alluminium salmon reel of superior quality throughout (probably made for Walker Bampton by Dingley, circa 1930) with strong fixed click check, ebonite handle knob with brass fittings, nickel silver line roller, aluminium foot (mounted with 4 steel screws) lightly filed at one end but full length (see photos) otherwise excellent condition, primarily for right hand wind but could easily be tweaked for left hand use...
